This project focuses on five major river systems in the island of Panay namely: Sibalom River in the Province of Antique, Pan-ay River in the Province of Capiz, Akean River in the Province of Aklan, and Jalaur River (of which Suague is a tributary) and Tigum-Aganan River in the Province of Iloilo.
